Your Wedding, Your Choice!
what's the cost?
Wedding photographers typically charge around $1800 for 5 hours;
this should include their time, both shooting and editing, and a collection
of digital photos. We know there's many vendors to choose from,
so we like to sweeten the deal a little bit!
You'll notice all of our collections include custom artwork,
from a curated photography timeline to a custom memory album
featuring your engagement & bridal session, your ceremony,
reception and newlywed portraits.
what do you really need?
There is so much to consider when booking your wedding vendors,
so we like to make it easy for you. The first thing to consider:
how much of your day would you like to be included in your photos and films?
5 hours will get you about two hours getting ready,
an hour for the ceremony and two hours after.
8 hours covers your morning getting ready with your bridal party,
full ceremony and reception coverage, plus a first look,
bridal portrait session and final dance.
do i really need a videographer?
In our opinion, absolutely! There will always be moments you can only capture on video, and those moments can be missed, even when taking endless photos.
Our favorite example is a bride laughing as her older brother puts her shoes on her for, at the request of her mother. It made them all giggle and shake their head, remembering the tradition their mother had to honor!
Are you getting married somewhere absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking vistas or rolling waves? You might consider adding a 4K aerial drone to your collection,
to fully experience the beauty of your wedding!
Still not sure what you need?
Here's a cheat sheet:
with a first look
We will need about 3 hours before the ceremony to complete all your portraits, including bridal details, bridal party, first look, and newlywed portraits.
We love doing first looks, it gives you more time with the person you love!
Plus, you won't miss all of happy hour!
Plan for 6-8 hours, depending on your reception coverage.
without a first look
We arrive about an hour after your last bridal appointment,
about 2 hours before your ceremony.
If you would like to save the first look for the moment you walk down the aisle,
we suggest clearing a full hour after the ceremony to
complete your newlywed and family portraits.
Plan for 4-6 hours, depending on your reception coverage.
family portraits
Family portraits will begin just after the ceremony, which will take about 30-45 minutes, depending on the amount of people involved in the family portraits. We suggest you create a list of all family pairings for your photographer
to make the process as seamless as possible!
We're not "shoot and burn" photographers
"Shoot and burn" is a business practice where
you delete all photos once you deliver a gallery.
We consider our photos and film to be artwork, and we feature
our photos on our website, social media presence, and send photos to be considered for publication in magazines and other periodicals.
Your photos are as important to us as they are to you!
We hope to be considered your "family photographer,"
as many of our wedding clients come back for holiday, maternity,
newborn & milestone photoshoots.
Our clients recommend us to their friends and family because
we're not just behind the camera, we love to engage with
you online and learn your kids(or pets!) names.
